Zhaojie Luo, Ph.D., is Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Department of Brain and Learning Sciences at Southeast University, and a Huawei Zijin Young Scholar. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Kobe University, Japan, and previously served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore and as an Assistant Professor at Osaka University (2020–2024). He has published over 40 papers in top-tier journals and conferences, including IEEE/ACM TASLP, IEEE TMM, and IEEE TCSVT.

Professor Zhang Min is Distinguished Assistant Principal of Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, and also serves as the Dean of the School of Future Science and Engineering at Soochow University. He is an ACL Fellow, AAIA Fellow. His numerous honors include serving as the Lead Principal Investigator for the Creative Research Group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, receiving the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, being selected for the National High-Level Talents Support Program.

Dr. Shuai Wang is an Associate Professor, Distinguished Researcher, and Ph.D. Supervisor at Nanjing University, with a joint appointment at Hetao College. He specializes in intelligent audio signal processing across multimodal acoustic signals (speech, audio events, music). He holds a Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and formerly served as Senior Researcher at Tencent Photon Studio. With 40+ publications as first/corresponding author in premier venues (ICASSP, Interspeech) and 10+ patents, Dr.

Tang Huajin is a Qiushi Distinguished Professor, Doctoral Supervisor and IEEE Fellow with Zhejiang University, and has been selected into the National High-Level Talent Program. He obtained his Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and National University of Singapore respectively. He has long been engaged in research on brain-inspired computing, neuromorphic computing and chips, intelligent robots and other related fields.

Dr. Zhizheng Wu is currently an Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), a Jointly Appointed Professor at Shenzhen Loop Area Institute, a senior research scientist at the Shenzhen Institute of Big Data, and deputy director of the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Cross-Modal Cognitive Computing. He has specialized in speech recognition, speech synthesis, audio understanding, and speech signal processing, with prior affiliations at Microsoft Research Asia, Apple, and Meta.

Hu Baotian, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Harbin Institute of Technology, and Secretary-General of the Committee on Large Models and Generation, Chinese Information Processing Society of China. An awardee of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars, he focuses on language-centered large models and intelligent agents, including novel architectures, multimodal models, and agent systems. He has published over 100 papers in top venues such as NeurIPS, ACL, and ICML, with one first-authored paper cited over 1,800 times.

Dr. Baoyuan Wu is currently a Tenured Associate Professor and Assistant Dean (Research) at the School of Artificial Intelligence, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and holds a joint appointment as a Professor at the Shenzhen Loop Area Institute. His research interests include Trustworthy AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. He has published over 120 papers in top-tier AI journals and conferences, including 16 papers in prestigious journals such as IEEE TPAMI and IJCV, with over 13,000 citations on Google Scholar. Dr.

Shuquan (Lillie) Ye, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the AI for Science and Engineering Center, Shenzhen Loop Area Institute. She received her PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2023, advised by Prof. Jing Liao, and her B.Eng. from South China University of Technology. She was a visiting student at New York University and conducted postdoctoral research at City University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Fu Liqun, Full Professor of the School of Informatics at Xiamen University, China. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and served as a visiting Professor at Stanford University from 2023-2024. Prof. Fu has been elected to national-level youth talent programs. Her research interests are mainly in intelligent networks and network intelligence. She leads key project and general project of NSFC. She has published over 100 papers in top-tier journals and conferences such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE TMC, and IEEE INFOCOM.

Wang Dong, an Assistant Professor and Presidential Young Scholar at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Sichuan University in 2013 and his Ph.D. in Computational Mathematics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017.
