深圳河套学院双聘教授、博士生导师,长期致力于类脑智能领域的基础理论与关键技术研究。近五年来,在类脑感知-学习-模型等方面取得了系列研究成果,已在国际权威期刊和顶级会议上发表学术论文100余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者身份发表中科院一区期刊和CCF-A类会议论文40篇,包括IEEE TPAMI、5篇NeurIPS、3篇ICLR 和7篇IEEE TNNLS等。多篇论文入选AAAI Oral(录用率4.6%)、CVPR Oral(录用率0.7%)及NeurIPS Spotlight(录用率3.2%)。研究成果受到Wulfram Gerstner教授、中国科学院乔红院士、欧洲科学院金耀初院士及多位IEEE Fellow的积极评价和引用。目前担任《IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence》与《IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems》两个学术期刊副主编,并担任ICLR 2026等顶级会议的领域主席。在科研项目方面,主持军口重点项目(经费540万元)、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省重点研发计划项目、中国博士后科学基金一等资助(全国仅4人)、海康威视斑头雁基金、之江实验室国际青年人才基金等。作为骨干成员参与科技部重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级项目5项,申请中国技术发明专利5项。此外,申请人于2024年至2025年借调至国家发展和改革委员会,为推动我国人工智能的发展积极贡献自己的力量。
