Biography

Yuanwei Liu, Ph.D., is a tenured full Professor at The University of Hong Kong and a visiting professor at Queen Mary University of London. His core research focuses on Generative AI/LLM for Communications, Pinching-Antenna Systems, UAV Communications/Sensing for Low Altitude Economy, and is an IEEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, and Highly Cited Researcher, with awards including the IEEE ComSoc Outstanding Young Researcher Award. Collaboration and student applications in wireless communications, AI, and integrated sensing and communications are welcome.
