Dr. Xiaoxi Zhang is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University. She is a recipient of the Guangdong Province “Pearl River Talent Program” Young Top-Notch Talent Award. Her primary research interests lie in machine learning systems and distributed network systems. Dr. Zhang has published 87 papers in top-tier international conferences and journals, including ACM SIGCOMM, USENIX NSDI, IEEE INFOCOM, ICML, JSAC, TMC, TPDS, and ToN. Graduate students under her supervision have received multiple prestigious accolades, including the Best Student Paper Award at IEEE MSN 2024 (CCF-C), a Best Paper Nomination at IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2023 (CCF-B), the Best Paper Award at IEEE BIGCOM 2024, and the National Graduate Student Scholarship. Her research outcomes have been successfully deployed in production at Alibaba Cloud, a leading cloud computing service provider.
