Yulan Guo, PhD, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University. His main research areas include 3D vision, spatial intelligence, and embodied robotics. He has presided over more than 10 research projects including the Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has published over 200 academic papers. He has been listed as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher worldwide and received honors such as the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the China Computer Federation. He serves as a Senior Area Editor of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing. He has served as the General Chaire of the inaugural China Spatial Intelligence Conference, the Organization Committee Chair for all China 3D Vision Conferences, and acted as an Area Chair for top international conferences including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, and ICML.
